The collectible is 4 inches tall and features a detailed sculpts of Peter Griffin with his eyes closed, writhing in pain while holding his knee with both hands. He wears his usual white dress shirt, tucked into green pants which drape over brown shoes. The double-walled window box is illustrated to show Spooner Street, near the Griffin family home where the infamous incident takes place. This collectible ships in a matte, embossed, protective outer sleeve.
